04 - Pokemon Rarities

Here on POKEMON REWIND we have a categorization of pokemon based upon three general rarities that are obtainable, while Legendary Pokemon are used as plot devices (or not at all). The most exclusive and difficult to obtain are Rare Pokemon, while next in line you would have Uncommon Pokemon (However these are both essentially "Rare" Pokemon, we just decided to identify some differently as we believe they would be just a bit more abundant. As such, Uncommons are more likely to be given out in a Promo as compared to Rare Pokemon). Anything that isn't listed that doesn't happen to be a Legendary Pokemon would normally be considered a Common Pokemon (i.e, Rattata, etc).
